Questions, Answered

Mobile notary essentials

If you still have questions after reading this section, include them in your booking request—we're happy to help.

What do I need to have ready for my appointment?

Please have your documents filled out but unsigned, as you'll sign in front of the notary. You'll also need a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) for each signer. If witnesses are required by your document or state law, let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

How far in advance should I schedule?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, especially during regular business hours. For evenings, weekends, or multiple signers, it's best to schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Can you meet at a hospital, care facility, or workplace?

Yes. We regularly travel to hospitals, assisted living facilities, offices, and other locations. We simply need confirmation that the signer is willing, aware, and able to sign, along with valid ID.

Do you provide legal advice or review documents?

No. As notaries, we are not allowed to provide legal advice or explain the legal implications of your documents. If you have questions about the content, please speak with an attorney before your appointment.
